The Chesterfield Commons Homeowner Association is made up of neighbors interested in improving and protecting the neighborhood.  The directors and/or committee hold meetings as required to discuss topics of interest to the neighborhood.

 

The association is governed by  a combination of documents which are provided under the "HOA" and "Documents" link on this Web site.  Please familiarize yourself with these documents as a current or potential resident you are bound to abide by them.

 

The townhomes at Chesterfield Commons is a multi-building complex with 79 units.  The units are two story with a two-car garage, living, kitchen, dining and half bath on the first level.  Three bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a laundry room are located on the second level. 

Chesterfield Commons is located a quarter of a mile off of the North Liberty 380 exit and 1.3 miles from the 965 Corridor.
